Project Overview
The task assigned was to create a digital composition by combining a photograph with an illustration. I decided to blend an image of the sky with an illustration of a ship. The objective was to create a surreal image that depicted a ship sailing in the sky. To achieve this, I used image manipulation techniques such as layering, blending and masking to seamlessly merge the two images. The final composition effectively conveyed the idea of a ship navigating through the sky, adding a touch of fantasy to it. The result was a visually striking and unique image that effectively conveyed the intended concept.
The image on the left presents the photograph that was selected as the base for the digital composition. The image on the right is the part to be integrated in the final design, a digital image created by utilizing a combination of software including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.

The image below showcases the successful integration of the photograph with the digital illustration, resulting in a cohesive and visually striking composition. The use of various software allowed for the use of a variety of tools and techniques to achieve the desired outcome, and the final result effectively conveys the concept of the project.
